THARPARKER: One more child has died in Civil Hospital Mithi after an outbreak of water borne diseases and malnutrition while the death toll has reached to 17 in the last one-week. According to hospital sources, more than 28 children have been admitted to the hospital while three year old child died after an outbreak of water borne diseases and malnutrition. Moreover, three children have been transferred to Hyderabad in a precarious condition. Meanwhile, the hospital administration said that provincial secretary Dr Saeed Ahmed had announced to increase the budget of the civil hospital from Rs104 million to Rs208 million but no implementation has been made on the decision.
